New wine ruling round-up

As a budding wine enthusiast, I say "Cheers"! But I'm not holding my breath that the States will enact legislation to truly adopt an open eCommerce model for inter/intrastate shipments. To paraphrase Dennis Miller, "The States can't even pave f%$kin' roads, do we really expect them to handle this?"
