Going to: Charleston

One thing the reviewer left off (thankfully, for those of in the know) is the rooftop bars atop the Vendue Inn and the Plantation? downtown. Harbor views and great atmosphere at the Vendue. I've yet to have a bad meal in downtown Charleston over the last 8 years I've been going there.
