Hiking the PCT, tip-to-tip

Group of guys are hiking the Pacific Coast Trail this summer Mexico border to Canada and blogging (w/ some drop-dead gorgeous photos) along the way. One of the guys (Pete) has a satellite phone that he's uses to connect his laptop online with to blog and post photos.

Reminds me of "A Walk in the Woods" by Bill Bryson, only more techy and these guys look like they will succeed vs. Bill's attempt to walk the entire Appalachian Trail.

Plenty of reading. Kind of sucks you in. Almost makes me want to mail him cookies at one of his designated mail stops.
